 Chapter Four
GENESIS, ANCIENT ASTRONAUTS
AND UFOs
The three time travelers
sat on a grassy knoll overlooking the construction site they had seen earlier. They
watched the proceedings in fascination as they listened to Phil.
"The Giza pyramids are built with a mathematical and
technological precision far in advance of the Egyptians who built them. The Nile river and
pyramids sit in positions corresponding to the Milky Way and the belt of Orion, but not as
the astronomical feature aligned in 2500 B.C., the date of the pyramids. They match more
closely the alignment in 10,500 B.C. The Sphinx bears evidence of water erosion from
torrential downpours of flooding. (In the middle of the desert!) But water had existed
there at the end of the last ice age, about twelve thousand years from our time now. If
the Sphinx existed then, the Egyptians certainly did not build it.
"There is so much evidence that points to an ancient
civilization that flourished and then perished."
"This civilization!" Laura piped up.
"Who, in our time, will you ever get to believe
that? They'll just laugh at us. I see it and I can hardly believe it," Dan said
skeptically. "There's got to be more to it than that."
"You have a point. God will have to show us how to convince
people."
"Yeah. Right. Praise the Lord and hallelujah. Might
know you'd say something like that, preacher Phil." Dan laughed his infectious
laugh until the others joined him then said, "Go ahead, tell us more. I'm willing to
humor you."
Phil continued as he watched the giant Atlanteans below
them float huge blocks of stone into place. "In our time many theories have been
suggested on how the pyramids were built, but no definite answers have been discovered
yet. No one knows how they did it."
"We're seeing it now!" Laura watched the blocks
moving into place.
"If I could learn how to do it, I could name my own
price and own my own construction company. I'd be a rich man." Dan smiled at the
others.
"The so-called ancient Egyptians (we now know
who they really were) had a master plan. the three pyramids, two of which are in perfect
alignment are set along a diagonal line and yet here is the curious thing. The third
pyramid is much smaller and is offset to the left of this diagonal. Why? What were the
builders trying to do? Was the alignment of the pyramids on the ground pointing to a
larger purpose?
"The alignment matches exactly the stars in Orion's
belt, but not as it would have looked in 2450 B.C.
"The Nile River corresponds to the Milky Way and the
pyramids to Orion, but neither was perfectly matched to their position in 2500 B.C. Going
back counterclockwise to 10,500 B.C. we see another picture."
"The pyramids themselves are that old?" Dan asked
amazed.
"Not the pyramids, but the Sphinx. It is theorized
that the Pharaoh who started the Giza project found a black box under the Sphinx that had
the plans for the pyramids and the instructions on how to build them. That black box has
since disappeared.
"Large compartments under the Sphinx have recently
been discovered by modern technological equipment, but the Egyptian government has thus
far refused to give permission to dig. I think they're afraid it will be found out that
their magnificent past can probably be attributed to the genius of another race or
civilization other than their own. It's an ego thing..
The whole Giza plateau is probably a time capsule pointing
to this civilization where we are now.
"After Noah's flood the Egyptians lost the ability to
build such lasting monuments. These monuments are the end of something not the beginning
of something as many Egyptologists would have us believe. No civilization starts at the
top of their technology.
Earthquakes, meteors, comets, volcanoes erupting then the
water wall falling caused the start of the ice age. Total darkness surrounded Earth.
Millions of square miles of ice two or three miles thick covered the Earth. What happened?
Is this when the Earth was without form and void as told in Genesis. This does not
describe Noah's flood, but tells of a devastating destruction before the creation of Adam.
"The ancient Egyptians believed that at the beginning
of creation water covered the Earth. Even they had that much of the truth.
"An antediluvian race existed then nothing for two or
three thousand hears. Even Egyptologists admit there is nothing to prove there was
anything living for that length of time. No remnants of any kind have been found in the
fossil record; not even one piece of a pot. Then suddenly civilization just resumed. This
proves civilizations may not have progressed in a straight line from stupid old cavemen to
smart old us. This has to be the time the Earth was without form and empty.
"An ancient papyrus exists that intimates there is
hidden information yet to be found with secrets waiting to unfold. It is in the Berlin
Museum and points to Thought, the god of wisdom, who is said to have written the mysteries
of heaven in sacred books. Ra, Apophos, and all the ancient Egyptian make perfect sense if
you put them in perspective. They were no ancient astronauts, but fallen angels taking on
the role of gods in all these ancient cultures which is one reason why God so specifically
forbids the worship of angels.
"Wow!" Laura shivered as if cold. "Zeus and
all those Greek gods and the Roman gods were angels. Think of it. No wonder they had such
powers and made such an impression on; people living back then."
"People still make a fetish of junk like that
that," Dan said. "There are still religions all over the world that think that
way. What about New Age and their ancient astronauts and channeling so=called aliens and
stuff? Is that fallen angels?'
"More likely the channeling serves the same purpose as
Ouija boards in getting people directly involved with demons. They're not the same as
fallen angels. Almost everyone tries to lump them all in one group; angels, demons,
aliens, but it just doesn't Demons are a lower rank or class than angels. Angels have
their own body, which they can make visible or invisible. Demons are bodiless spirits.
they have to possess a living body in order to manifest themselves in our physical world.
They can possess animals or humans. They prefer humans, of course."
Dan stood up and stretched his long legs. "Where do demons come from?"
"Probably the disembodied spirits left from this first
civilization. I know demons are ugly, but the spirit of a living being takes on the
character of what a person really is. Remember that movie, Portrait of Dorian Gray? I
imagine it's on the same order. I know this civilization looks pretty peaceful now, but it
had to develop into something pretty terrible for God to destroy. it."
"I wonder if we're going to get to see that part of
it," Laura said as she stood and stretched her legs.
"I hope not." Phil stood and inhaled the fragrant
oxygen rich air.
Dan folded his arms across his chest and shifted his feet.
"So what happened after the Earth stopped being without form and empty?
"God created Adam and gave him dominion over
everything until Satan tricked him out of it. I think we all know the story from
there."
"So what about UFOs? What are they and who are
they?" Dan rumbled almost to himself.
I do believe this first civilization is capable of space
travel. We've seen some of the technology. These so=called ancient astronauts were
probably from here and could have been contemporary with the civilizations that produce
the UFOs we hear so much about now. UFOs have been sighted for millennia.
"There are so many ranks and classes of people,
creatures and spirits here and all over the universe that are evil and good, we'll
probably never understand it all until God chooses to show us."
Dan shook his head in frustration. "The truth is out
there, but will anyone recognize it?"
"God must reveal it. If it doesn't come from Him we'll
be taken in by the lie most others are being conditioned to believe."
"Conditioned?" Laura looked at Phil in confusion.
"It's been going on since time began."
